She is survived by: her children, Penny Borts (John), Kenny Capps (Becky), Lonny McKeown (John) and Thomas Ruelle (Karlyann); her stepchildren, Debbie Grant, Dee Ruelle (Debbie), Joe Ruelle (Diane), Cindy Johnson (Dave), Melissa Nichols (Rick) and Jerry Nichols (Julie); her grandchildren, Michael Borts (Allison), Ashley Borts, Matthew Borts, Scott Borts (Kourtney), John McKeown (Ashleigh), Brenden Capps (U. S. Army Medic), Shawn Roberts (U. S.), Hannah Roberts, Emily Ruelle and Parker Ruelle; her stepgrandchildren, Leslie Pollick (Vince), Corey Grant, AJ Grant, Jessica Nichols, Amber Nichols, Curtis Nichols, Joey Ruelle, Jeremy Ruelle, Sadie Johnson and DJ Johnson; her great grandchildren, Bryley Vendzuh, Lakelyn Borts, Eden Draving and Baby McKeown; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lauren Pollick, Ethan Pollick, Emily Ruelle, Baby Summer (Johnson), Colton Johnson and Amelia Johnson; her goddaughter Amber Miller-Ables; and her siblings, Helen Lilly (Bo), Douglas Vickers (Gayle), Curtis Vickers (Lucia), Evelyn Miller (James), Barbara Vickers and Patricia Vickers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopcroft Funeral Home-Madison Heights (31145 John R Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A prayer was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hopcroft Funeral Home (31145 John R Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071).
