He is survived by: his children, Austin and Emma Wands; his mother Martha Wands; his girlfriend Holly Boven; his brothers, Steve Wands (Dawn) and Craig Wands; and his nieces, Lauren Wands (Frank) and Morgan Wands.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denny's memory to The National Kidney Foundation.
