It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia J. Hecker (Warren, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Hecker; and her sisters, Patricia Cherry (late Clark) and Mary Ereaux. She is survived by : her children, Eric Hecker, Anthony Hecker, Allison Hall (Graddie), Erin Mills (Charles) and Evan Hecker; her grandchildren, Ethyn, Rylan, Olivia, Graddie, Hailey, Mckenzie, Austin, Brandon, Keith III, Zack, Mason, Noah, Eli and Luna; her sisters, Barbara Nowak (late Ralph), Annette Soave (late John), Alice Adams (Phil), Judy Preston (late Bob) and Marcia Book (Gordon); her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Gibson, Donna Roush (Bill) and James Hecker (late Judy); and her godchildren, Carl Cherry, Jennifer Boyd and Kellie Kilburn.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home (30351 Dequindre Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (30003 Ryan Rd, Warren, MI 48092).
