He was predeceased by: his father Corbett Smith. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Boyd; his children, Dylan Lewis, Zoe Smith and Joseph Smith; his stepfather Raymond Boyd; his brother Johnny; his sister-in-law Katie Boyd; his daughter Tara; his caregiver Susanna Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Aubree and Quinn Boyd.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home (30351 Dequindre Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
