She is survived by: her children, Duncan Smith and Gail Rutkowski (Ken); her grandchildren, Evin Rutkowski (Sarah), Connor Smith, Nina Rutkowski (Steven), Kyle Rutkowski and Natalie Smith; and her great grandchildren, Carter and Brooklyn.
