He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Collis and Rosa Collis; and his children, Tracy, Billy Reb and Kristi.
He is survived by: his siblings, Walt, Gene, Randy (Carol), Charles (Lee), Innell (Paul), JoAnn, Jeff (Connie), Josh (Linda), RuthAnn, Marvin, Ricky (Theresa) and Annette (Melvin); his children, Rosie, Tammy (Shawn), Danny, Sheree (Mike), Rachel (Jim) and Nicki (Ali); his grandchildren, Joey, Brandon, Sadie, Alyssa, Billy Jr. (Nicole), Josh, Hunter, Maddy, Lexi, Seth, Brooklynn, Breanna, Sammy, Austin, Arianna, Zax, Collin and Myiah; and his great grandchildren, Gage, Alex, Brynlee, Royce, Iris and Ezra.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Carol Collis in Billy's name to continue his legacy of service and compassion.
