He was predeceased by: his parents, Selim Neli and Resmie Neli (Osmani); his wife Akide Cezma; and his son Argon Neli. He is survived by: his daughters, Valentina Sejdaras and Zamira Pino. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
