He was predeceased by: his parents, George Switzer and Brenna Switzer; and his brother Jerry Switzer. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Marie Switzer; his children, Wayne, Molly Moring (Zachary), Brenda and George Switzer (Elley); his stepchildren, Colleen Ford (Ben), Maureen Finn and Vincent Finn (Valarie); his grandchildren, Sarah (Nate), Zachary, Victoria, Javid, Britney, Alexandria, Mariah (Martin), Kailee, Michaela, Abigail, Brooklyn, Gavin, Marissa, Daniel, Andrew (Lauren), Michael, Vincent, Vance, Varen and Vayda; his great grandchildren, Riley, Gabrielle, Andres, Emilio, Isabella, Julianna, Joseph, Rosalia and Martin; and his great great grandchild Salvador.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Verheyden, Inc. - Grosse Pointe (16300 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230). A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
