He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Ann "Service"; his sons, Skylar (Chantelle) and Kieran (Alexis); his grandchildren, Kaiden, Kayson, Wesley and Lucianna; his sister Angel (Geraold Maniacco); his nephews, Devin (Riley) and Joel; his great-nephews, Jack and Maverick; his friends, Mike, Tina Allan, Hannah (Garrett) and Ryan; and his caregivers, Cathryn and Melissa.
