She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Mayer and Louise Mayer; her husband Jim Kozey; and her sisters, Barbara and Rosemary.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Kozey (Sherry), Mike Kozey (Marie) and Paula Kozey (Todd); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Cameron, Stephanie, Amanda, Mikey and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Cameron, Maci, Logan, Brooke, Troy and Kaylan.
