He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Smith and Susan Smith; his wife Helen Smith; his daughter Karen Sayen (Rick); and his brothers, Robert and William Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jones (Kenneth) and Jill Scholz; his grandchildren, Victor Jones, Audrey Jones, Jennifer Veitengruber (Jason) and Jessie Page (Alicia); and his great grandchild Ryder Page.
