He is survived by: his wife Frieda; his children, Renee Monarch-Tedder (Gary) and Craig Monarch (Melissa); his grandsons, Travis, Nicholas and Nathaniel; his brother Richard "Dick" Monarch (Helen); his friends, Tony, Ron, Joey and Dan; and his pet Misty.
