He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Pukala and Irene Pukala; his wife Susan; his sons, Paul (Sarah), Adam Chyz (Stephannie), Matthew Chyz (Shannon) and Eric Chyz; his grandchildren, Kazimiera and Zofia; and his siblings, Nancy Lazur (Gerald), Allen (Maggie), Kathy Goode (Jim) and Chet.
