He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kosi and Helen Kosi; and his brother William Brown (Patricia). He is survived by: his wife Janice Kosi; his children, Jennifer Kosi, Adam Kosi (Jamie) and Ryan Kosi; his grandchildren, Thomas, Addison, Jackson and Gracelyn; his sisters, Sandra Blazejewski (Anthony), Phyllis Basilico (Gerald) and Betsy Moskwa (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Hawkins (Lewis), Rebecca Lucksted (Brad) and David Johnson (Barbara). He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
