He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Burkhart and Mary Burkhart; his son Robert "Bobby" Burkhart; and his brother Anthony "Butch" Burkhart. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Cindy Kuzminski (Leonard) and Greg Burkhart (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Alyssa and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Elijah and William; and his sisters, Linda Sue Childers and Carolyne Gesullo.
