He was predeceased by: his parents, John Witulski and Blanche Witulski (Bernath); his wife Charlotte Vermander; his daughters-in-law, Christi and Tina; and his brother Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Witulski and Amy Goike (Steve); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Courtney (Michael), Valerie, Hannah and Jeremy; his great grandchildren, Dean and Brooklyn; his brother David "Spike" Witulski (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Carol Witulski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
