She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kaluszka and Stella Kaluszka; her former husband Ronald Bishop; her sisters, Dolores Janco and Lorraine Pappas; and her brother-in-law Russel Gentry.

She is survived by: her children, Stacey Gallant (Tom) and Jeffry Bishop; and her grandchildren, Marné, Quinn and Ava Gallant.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hauss-Modetz Funeral Home (47477 Romeo Plank Rd, Macomb, MI 48044). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jan's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF).
