He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fischer and Dorothy Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Dorothy Grzebik (Richard) and Frank E. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Abigail, Frank Jr., Olivia and Wallace; his siblings, Joan Longe, Jeannie Middleton (Bill), John (Kathy) and Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Peter F. Giacalone (Kathy) and Josephine Girard (Lee).
In lieu of flowers its kindly requested that any memorial contributions be directed to the family and will go towards furthering research for Opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome (OMS).
