She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Zalewski and Josephine Zalewski; and her sister Rita Zalewski. She is survived by: her children, Stephen G. (Joseph Lempicki), Matthew (Monica), Anne Bielman (Thomas), Mark (Laura) and Michael; her grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas (Kaitlyn), Hannah and Olivia; and her siblings, Patricia Gret (late Theodore), Casimir Zalewski (Frances) and Geraldine Zalewski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
