He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois McTaggart and Frank McTaggart; and his stepson James Brown. He is survived by: his wife Debra McTaggart (Bergey); his daughter Joanne; his stepsons, Robert Brown and Alex Brown; his grandchildren, Raymond Brown, AnnaBella Brown and Olivia Brown; his aunts, Lois McTaggart and Myra Stutler; and his siblings, Kathleen West (Rusty), Christine Schaefer (Pat), Jean Sylvester, Frank McTaggart and Joseph Sylvester.
