It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Joyce Dill of Mackinaw City, Michigan, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Mark" Barns and Lillian M. Barns (Saunders); her sister Patricia Polovich; her son Jim York; and her grandson Christopher Quinn.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Churchill (Jim); her granddaughters, Karen Pittman (Marc), Kathryn Pfeifer (Brian) and Kara Quinn; her great grandchildren, Carter Quinn, Mindy Quinn, Olivia Pittman, AJ Pittman and Christopher Quinn Jr.; her brother-in-law Ralph Polovich; her pet Dolly; her caregivers, Natalie and Jo; and also David Wallis.
The family requests donations be made in Joyce's name to the Chippewa County Animal Shelter, 3600 S Mackinac Trail, Sault Ste Marie, MI 49783 or any animal rescue of your choice.
