He is survived by: his mother Sandy Heintzelman (Esham) of Ionia; his siblings, Shane Heintzelman (Jessica) of Ionia, Shawn Frisbie (Paul) of Ionia, Shasta Cole (Ken) of Ionia and Shalyn Heintzelman (Tom Cummings) of Nashville; his nieces and nephews, Cheyanne Henderson (Josh), Trent Heintzelman (Kylie Poling), Morgan VanNortrick (Will Selleck), Braeden VanNortrick, Sierra Heintzelman, Jenna VanNortrick (Luke Ruge), Sean Heintzelman, Riley Frisbie, Teagan Frisbie and Wyatt Cummings; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Asher Henderson, Collins Henderson, Lillian Lautenbach and Finnick Heintzelman.
