He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern A. Ballard (Grenier) and Albert H. Ballard; his sons, Dennis and Michael; and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Earl and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Ballard (Leinaar); his children, Karen LaManque (Daniel) of Utica, Gary Ballard (Cindy) of Royal Oak, James Ballard (Mindy) of Roseville and Debra DeClark (Dave) of Lenox Twp; his sister Ruthann Doris (Glen) of Lupton; his stepson Brett; and his close friends, Duso, Cliff Barton and Russ Hoffman. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren; m other & father - in - law.
