He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hartley (Barnella) of Luzerne, MI; his sisters, Crystal Hartley, Dawn Blocker, Robin Ellison, Marilyn Falcioni and Lisa Hartley; his stepsiblings, Dean Hood, Bob Hood and Jennifer Gornto; and his close friends, Mel and Donna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
