He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Cockerham Combs; his children, Ryan L. Bannister of Luther and Betty Lou Engler of Luther; his grandchildren, Charie, Nicole, Mercedes, Melissa, Robert, Tina, Samuel and Danielle; and his brother-in-law Don Burton. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
