He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustavus Peter and Hattie Wreatha Bailor (Duffing); and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Sara Enos. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Patrick Bailor (Amanda) of Luther and Barbara Todd (Kevin) of Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Troy Todd, Tristen and Holly Bailor.
