She was predeceased by: her parents, John Preidis and Cecilia Preidis (Luksis); her husband Joseph William Choponis; and her brother Anthony. She is survived by: her children, Karen Ludwig (Bill) of Traverse City, Roger of Traverse City, Janet Shoup (Dan) of Traverse City, David of Luther, Mel (Addie) of Luther, Michael of Luther and Teresa of Traverse City. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
