He is survived by: his wife Sherry (Mead); his stepchildren, Gypsie Pelton, Brittany Carlson (Patrick Chachulski), Travis Carlson (Alexandrea) and Joshua Carlson; his grandchildren, Sequoia, Nicklaus, Lincoln, Grayson and Isabella; and his siblings, Dawn Jermanski, Buffy Newville (John), Vona Chachulski (Pat), Larry Grochowalski, Charles Grochowalski (Alicia) and Delilah Sheele. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
