She is survived by: her sons, Justin Cuykendall (Lindsey) and David Cuykendall (Jessica); her siblings, Tryna Shaw, Tammy Shaw and Lonnie Shaw; her grandchildren, Faylynn and Kevin Cuykendall; her uncle Bishop Retus Shaw; and her close friend Johnny Chesney.
