She is survived by: her friend Betty Kane; her children, Patricia Iozzo (Nicholas) of Batavia, IL, Fredrick Jacobs (Denise) of Holland, Steven Jacobs (Tami) of Six Mile, SC, Nancy Jacobs of Holland and James Jacobs of Lupton; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jon), Matthew (Courtney), Christopher (Kim), David and Michael; her great grandchildren, Kenneth, Katherine, Haley and Ethan; her sister Marguerite Gibbs; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Jacobs (Bruce) and Catherine Gibbs (Thomas). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
