He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jacobs and Mary Jacobs (Gibbs). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Iozzo (Nicholas) of Batavia, IL, Frederick Jacobs (Denise) of Holland, Steven Jacobs (Tami) of Six Mile, SC and Nancy Jacobs of Holland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
