She is survived by: her husband Daniel; her children, Chris Fowler (Lindsay), Jon Fowler (Amber Adkins) and Heather Simmons; her siblings, Devona Hines and Michael Salyer (Wyetta); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Carmen, Brett, Carson, Gavin, Katie, Grace, Jackson and Zoey.
