He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Cutcher and Gloria Cutcher (Fricker); his wife Robin R. Condon; his daughters, Kelsey Cutcher (John Kiefer) and Kendra Cutcher (Nolan Carroll); his stepdaughters, Erin Morlock-Raj (Robinson), Allison Gift (Jon) and Lisa Byrne (Nick); his brother Randy Cutcher (Diane); and his nieces, Courtney and Caitlin Cutcher.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, The Victory Center or Diabetes Youth Services.
