She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Skiver; her son Paul Balthazor; her grandsons, James M. Woodward, Mark Kerchman and Vance Popp; and her siblings, Edward Dressel and Olive Penman.
She is survived by: her parents, Lenn E. Dressel and Ruth E. Dressel (Gerke); her daughters, Willagene Prater, Grace Bressler (Wayne), Gloria Ellis (Robert), Jessie Hopkins (Ed) and Roberta Kerchman (Mark); and her stepchildren, Darrell Skiver and Bonnie Skiver. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
