He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duby and Flossie Duby (Cogan). He is survived by: his wife Betty Nowitzke; his children, Wanda Duby-Miles, Rita Duby, Tina Duby and Earl Duby Jr. (Katrina); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Ren, Whitney, RyAnn, Skyler, Lukas and Nicklas.
Due to ongoing Covid-19 pandemic restrictions a Worship Service Celebrating his Life at Carleton United Methodist Church and interment at Huron Valley Cemetery with full Military Honors will be private.
