He is survived by: his wife Esther; and his children, Douglas Hendrix (Heidi), Betsy Motyka (Kevin), Nancy Paul (Ravi) and Joseph Hendrix (Nicole). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
