He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Walters and Lucile Walters (Monger); his parents-in-law, James and Hattie Kelvington; and his brother William Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kelvington; his children, Sheila Dryer, Patrick Walters, Michelle Kmiecik (Matt) and Cindi Sult (Cy); his grandchildren, Davis (Jill), Austin (Jos), Christian, Isabelle, Zechariah, Elijah (Liz), Gage, Payten, Lily, Erin, Shelby, Olivia and Tyler; his great grandchild Nellie; and his siblings-in-law, Harriett Walters and Jim Kelvington (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
