He is survived by: his wife Renee Chapman (Stockwell); his children, Madison Leigh of Ludington and Mason Daniel Chapman of Ludington; his siblings, Roy, Larry Chapman, Tammy (Van Loon), Paul and Ron Pemberton; and his parents, Roy Chapman and Wilma June Chapman.
