He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Nass and Louise H. Nass (Gosen); his wife Linda D. Shaw; his children, Philip J. Nass, II and Lee Ann Nass; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer F. Nass (Glover).
He is survived by: his brothers, Carl Nass (Mary Jo) of Spring Lake and Keith Nass (Vicki) of Portage; and his girlfriend Judy Forman. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
