He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, John Mazeika of Florida and Tammy Steadham (Scott) of Cantonment Florida; his brothers, Mike and Ted; and his children, Matt and Barb. He is also survived by 5 stepchildren; 7 grandchildren; and 3 greatgrandchildren.
