She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wojtaszak and Rose Wojtaszak (Ptaszenski); her former husband Richard Dale Forbes; her husband Thys Talsma Sr.; her boyfriend Clyde Lempke; her children, Richard Dale Forbes Jr., Timothy Joseph Forbes and Lori Ann Forbes; and her siblings, Larry Wojtaszak, Raymond Watt, Donald Watt, Richard Wojtaszak, Dorothy Patterson and Connie Magnusen.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Bob Knab; her son William Dale Forbes (Sheri); her daughter-in-law Vicky Forbes-Parmalee; her stepchildren, Thys Talsma Jr. (Stacey) and Trena McClellan (John); and her grandchild Ashley Forbes. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
