Levi Allen Ball Obituary
Levi Allen Ball, 52, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023, in San Angelo.
Public viewing will be from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM, family will great friends from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Ball was born March 9, 1971 in San Angelo to Levi David Ball of Ludington, Michigan and Joyce Darlene Loftin of Mertzon.
He was a student at Lakeview High School during the mid to late 1980's Levi was taught the art of cooking by his uncle, Henry Ball. Henry came to Texas around 1976 to help raise his older brother's children due to a tragic car accident that took his life in 1973. Henry was the only "Dad" Levi ever knew, and he wanted to be just like him. Levi utilized his cooking skills at restaurants around San Angelo such as Denny's, Outback Steakhouse, Logan's Roadhouse, Chili's, and the Mesquite Bean Cafe.
Levi was preceded in death by his parents and his "Dad".
He is survived by his sister, Anita Duke and husband Joe of Mertzon; his best friend of 37 years, Elisa Bartlett of Carlsbad; his stepmom, Pam Sherman; and her children, Mandy Six, Eric Sherman and Julie Winchester all of Grape Creek.
Levi had no children of his own but did have his beloved fur baby, Cowboy. He greatly adored his nieces and nephews, Michael Ball of Big Lake, Jason Pratt and his daughter, Kiera, and her mom, Amanda of San Angelo, Brandy Lloyd and her children, Emma Martin and Liam Lloyd of Big Lake, Casey and his wife Rosa Townsend and their children, Gage and Zoey of Big Lake, Matthew and his wife Jessica and their children, Alyssa Hughes, William and Nyomi Duke of Mertzon.
