He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Isabel; and his stepson Michael Fulker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fulker (Campeau); his daughters, Brenda Christner, Kimberly Bugher (Paul) and Lauri Leach (Bruce); his stepsons, Thomas Fulker and Douglas Fulker (Peggy); and his siblings-in-law, Connie Terrell, Kathryn Kraus, Phyllis Howell (Don) and William Campeau (Janet). He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
