It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Lee Chaffee of Ludington, Michigan, born in Sterling, Michigan, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Chaffee and Frances Chaffee; and his siblings, Pat Swartz and Ronnie Chaffee. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Chaffee; his children, Scott Chaffee (Sherry), Tracy Chaffee (Debi) and Lisa Cordes (Chris); his siblings, Joanne Dubiel (Frank) and Gene Chaffee (Ruth); his sister-in-law Alfreda Chaffee; and his grandchildren, Brandon Chaffee, Karlee Smoes (Dave), Joe Chaffee (Megan), Amanda Kessel (Matt), Tejay Chaffee, Rebecca Cordes and Seth Cordes. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
