We bid farewell to Kenneth Ray Decker of Ludington, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 25, 2024 at the age of 92. Kenneth Ray touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Sible; his parents, John G Decker and Katherine Decker-Parkhouse; his stepfather Leon G. Parkhouse; his siblings, John, Jackie, Richard (Bud), Donald, Harry, Rex Decker, James Parkhouse, Donalee Decker-David, Nancy Decker-Voorhees, Kay Decker and Shirley Decker-Bowling; his grandson Garrett Scott; and his great grandchild Chloe Rae Devereaux.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Decker (Montana) of Pickford, Beckie Scott (Russ) of Ludington and Richard Decker (Amy) of Scottville; and his brother David Parkhouse (Marilyn) of Six Lakes. He is also survived by her husband passing - the 4 oldest sons, his grandfather's headstone but also his great grandparents and great uncles.
When he moved to Ludington and Covid hit, he finally retired.
