He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Adamczyk and Elizabeth Adamczyk (Przybylski); his wife Gaye Adamczyk; his son David Adamczyk; his siblings, Marge Zahorik, Patricia Petersen and James Adamczyk; and his siblings-in-law, Don Petersen, Russell Zahorik and Shirley Adamczyk.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Pleiness (Dan Chapel) and Stephen Adamczyk (Anne); his grandsons, Keane Adamczyk (Amy), Jacob Pleiness (Shelby Meekhof) and Nathaniel Pleiness; his great grandchild Nash Pleiness; his sister Christine Adamczyk; and his friend Leon Sniegowski. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
