She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Loomis and Beatrice Loomis (Burke); her husband Leonard James Gavigan; her siblings, Amy Kistler, Jerry Loomis and Terry Loomis; and her son-in-law Jim Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Gavigan of Grand Rapids, Kerry Gavigan (Amy) of Manistee, Kelly Thomas of Ludington, Colleen Willits (Jack) of Grand Haven and Eileen Gavigan of Perrysburg, Ohio; her sister Dilly Smith (Kenway); and her sister-in-law Judy Loomis. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
