He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Abbasse; his son Dave Abbasse; and his parents, Mahomed Abbasse and Elsie Abbasse. He is survived by: his children, Becky Emery (Pat), Deb VanZalen (Ron), Shelly Abbring (Gary) and Melissa Bosak (Brian); his grandchildren, Mandy Bush (Tom), Nic Emery (Carrie), Ryan Abbasse (Heather), Chris VanZalen (Susie), Meagan Fisch (Adam), Brian Abbring (Molly), Kelsey Raines (Jacob) and Justin Anderson; and his sister Bess Richardson (Dorothy Glass). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and his special family.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in Toffie's honor to Faith Hospice.
