He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Breanna Kudo (Matt) and Teresa Crawford (Joe Burbrink); his mother-in-law Joan Hedgecock; his sister Peggy McElravy (Marshall); and his grandchildren, Carol Burbrink, Elizabeth Burbrink, Emily Burbrink and Owen Crawford.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
