She was predeceased by: her pet Butaro "Boo". She is survived by: her husband Michael Pirok; her children, Catherine Pirok Smith and Christopher Pirok; and her grandson Miles Christopher Pirok. She is also survived by two brothers and one sister.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Western Michigan.
